To provide a display rack capable of enhancing convenience in installation.SOLUTION: A display rack 1 having a placement part 10 to place merchandises includes a cylindrical base part 20 having an open top part 20a to which the placement part 10 is fitted. Flaps 27, 28 to be turnable with vertically extending folding lines 120 as fulcrums are arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the base part 20.
