Zusammenfassung:	To automatically check safety of a measurement object by a compact and simple configuration.SOLUTION: As a range-find imaging unit 10, a TOF (Time Of Flight) camera is used. To a control unit 20, connected are: a display that images a distance two-dimensionally and displays the two-dimensional image; and a display operation unit (display part) 30 provided with an operation key and the like for operating the control 20. The control unit 20: causes the display operation unit 30 to display such a distance image; can cause a user to set one area of an arbitrary position in the distance image; monitors a timewise change in distance of a plurality of measurement points in the one area (a measurement object area); and when the change therein exceeds a certain fixed range, can recognize that irregularity occurs in an interior wall S (a tunnel).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】小型、単純な構成で計測対象の安全性を自動的に調べる。【解決手段】測距撮像部１０としては、ＴＯＦ（ＴｉｍｅＯｆＦｌｉｇｈｔ）カメラが用いられる。制御部２０には、距離を２次元画像化して表示するディスプレイと、制御部２０を操作するための操作キー等が設けられた表示操作部（表示部）３０も接続される。制御部２０は、このような距離画像を表示操作部３０で表示させ、その中の任意の位置の一領域を使用者に設定させることができ、この一領域（測定対象領域）における複数の測定点の距離の時間変化をモニターし、この変化がある一定の範囲を超えた場合に、内壁Ｓ（トンネル）に異常が発生したと認識することができる。【選択図】図１
