ICE MAKING SYSTEM

To provide an ice making system that can eliminate an ice lock that occurred in an ice maker.SOLUTION: An ice making system A comprises a tank 8 for housing a medium to be cooled, an ice maker 1 for making ice by cooling the medium to be cooled, a pump 9 for circulating the medium to be cooled between the tank 8 and the ice maker 1, a thawing mechanism for performing thawing operation for thawing ice by heating the medium to be cooled in the ice maker 1, and a control device 50 for controlling operation of the ice maker 1, the pump 9, and the thawing mechanism. The ice maker 1 comprises a cooling chamber 12 for cooling the medium to be cooled, a blade mechanism 15 for dispersing ice by rotating in the cooling chamber 12, and a detector 35 for detecting a lock state of the blade mechanism 15.
