To provide a slide bearing excellent in low friction property in a non-oil impregnated state, and capable of suppressing temperature rise of a shaft even in a case of continuous use, and provide an image formation device including the slide bearing.SOLUTION: Slide bearings 5a to 5c rotatably support a rotational shaft on a cylindrical inner diameter surface. The slide bearings 5a to 5c are a molded body of non-oil impregnated resin composition containing no oil. The resin composition has, as base resin, ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin capable of being injection-molded, and has, as additive agent, ethylene tetrafluoride resin and needle-like inorganic filler having Mohs hardness of 3 or less. With respect to the whole resin composition, the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin of 65 vol.% or more, the ethylene tetrafluoride resin of 5 to 25 vol.%, and the needle-like inorganic filler of 1 to 20 vol.% are contained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】非含油としながら低摩擦性に優れ、連続使用した場合でも軸温度の上昇を抑制できる滑り軸受、およびその滑り軸受を備えた画像形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】滑り軸受５ａ〜５ｃは、回転軸を円筒内径面で回転自在に支持するものであって、滑り軸受５ａ〜５ｃは、油を含まない非含油の樹脂組成物の成形体であり、該樹脂組成物は、射出成形可能な超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂をベース樹脂とし、添加剤として四フッ化エチレン樹脂、およびモース硬度が３以下の針状無機充填材を含み、樹脂組成物全体に対して、超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂が６５体積％以上含まれ、四フッ化エチレン樹脂が５〜２５体積％含まれ、かつ、針状無機充填材が１〜２０体積％含まれる。【選択図】図３
