Zusammenfassung:To suppress unnecessary power consumption while preventing malfunctions of an air conditioner and an inverter.SOLUTION: The elevator of one embodiment mode of the invention has at least a compressor and a fan for sending out conditioned air. The elevator includes a transpiration type air conditioner provided on a car, a power conversion part for converting power supplied through a power supply line and a contactor from a power supply part and a contactor and supplying the converted power to a motor of the compressor, a fan connected to a primary side of the power conversion part based on whether or not a user of the elevator exist, and a control part for controlling power supply to the compressor that is connected to a secondary side of the power conversion part. In the case where there is no user of the elevator when the air conditioner is operating while the contactor is in a closed state, the control part controls the contactor to be in an opened state after turning off the output of the power conversion part to stop the compressor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】空気調節装置やインバーターの不具合を防止しつつ、不要な電力消費を抑える。【解決手段】本発明の一態様のエレベーターは、少なくとも圧縮機と調節された空気を送り出すファンとを有し、乗りかごに設けられる蒸散式の空気調節装置と、電源部から給電線及びコンタクタを介して供給される電力を変換して圧縮機のモーターへ供給する電力変換部と、エレベーターの利用者の有無に基づいて、電力変換部の一次側に接続されたファン、及び電力変換部の二次側に接続された圧縮機への電力供給を制御する制御部と、を備える。そして、制御部は、コンタクタが閉状態であって空気調節装置が動作しているときにエレベーターの利用者がいない場合には、電力変換部の出力をオフして圧縮機を停止させた後、コンタクタを開状態に制御する。【選択図】図4
