Zusammenfassung: | To provide a stopper of a cutting device capable of high-speed end material processing, in the end material processing of the cutting device for cutting a long size raw material of the definite length in a predetermined dimension.SOLUTION: When a billet 121 is sheared by the prescribed number, a piston 622 moves to an upper end position, and a stopper 67 retreats to the upper end position. A retreat stroke S3 of the stopper 67 (set in 20 millimeter in a stopper device 6 of the embodiment of the present invention) is set larger than a maximum height S1 in the vertical direction of a contact surface 674. Thus, the upper side of an outer peripheral part of an end material 122 is positioned on the lower side than a left end surface 673 of the stopper 67. Next, a succeeding rod material 12 is sent out in the right direction by operating an unillustrated rod material feed mechanism, and the end material 122 is sent out by the tip of the succeeding rod material 12. When continuously operating the unillustrated rod material feed mechanism thereafter, the end material 122 is pushed out by the tip of the succeeding rod material 12, and is discharged to an unillustrated recovery chute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】一定長さの長尺素材を所定寸法に切断する切断装置の端材処理において、高速な端材処理が可能な切断装置のストッパを提供する。【解決手段】ビレット121が所定個数剪断されると、ピストン622が上端位置に移動して、ストッパ67が上端位置に退避する。ストッパ67の退避ストロークS3(本発明の実施の形態のストッパ装置6では20ミリに設定)は、接触面674の上下方向の最大高さS1よりも大きく設定されている。従って、端材122の外周部の上方側は、ストッパ67の左端面673よりも下側に位置する。次に、図示しない棒材送り機構を作動して後続の棒材12を右方向に送り出し、後続の棒材12の先端で端材122を送り出す。図示しない棒材送り機構をその後も継続して作動すれば、後続の棒材12の先端で端材122が押し出され、図示しない回収シュートに排出される。【選択図】図3 |
