Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method of processing Shochu lees that can be processed at low cost without a need for a large-scale processing facility and a power source, and a device of processing Shochu lees.SOLUTION: About 80 to 100 parts by weight of a conditioning solution is mixed with 100 parts by weight of Shochu lees to produce a first mixed solution B1. The first mixed solution B1 is separated into a filtrate F and a solid S by a solid-liquid separator 5. Lactic acid bacteria are mixed with the filtrate F to produce a second mixed solution B2, and lactic acid fermentation is performed only for a predetermined time. Supernatant fluid W obtained by the lactic acid fermentation is used as a conditioning solution in the subsequent steps. On the other hand, precipitate D obtained by the lactic acid fermentation is used as a feed for livestock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大規模な処理設備や動力源を必要とせず低コストで処理することができる焼酎粕の処理方法、および焼酎粕の処理装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】焼酎粕100重量部に対して、調整液を略80〜100重量部を混合して第1の混合液B1を生成する。第1の混合液B1は、固液分離機5により濾過液Fと固形物Sに分離される。濾過液Fに乳酸菌を混合して第2の混合液B2を生成し、所定の時間だけ乳酸発酵を行う。乳酸発酵により得られた上澄液Wは、以後の工程における調整液として使用される。一方、乳酸発酵により得られた沈殿液Dは、家畜用飼料として使用される。【選択図】図1 |
