Zusammenfassung:	To provide an oriented film capable of simultaneously reducing both of adhesive failure in a polarizer and pasting failure due to curling.SOLUTION: The oriented film contains 100 ppm or more of solvent and satisfies a conditional expression (1): Is/It=0.7-3.0, where Is is crystallization peak intensity of a film surface layer measured by a GIXA method and It is crystallization peak intensity of the inside of a film measured by the GIXA method after removing 30-70% of the total film thickness from the surface of the film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】偏光子に対する接着不良およびカールによる貼合不良を同時に低減することができる延伸フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】延伸フィルムは、１００ｐｐｍ以上の溶媒を含有し、条件式（１）；Ｉｓ／Ｉｔ＝０．７〜３．０を満足する。ただし、Ｉｓは、ＧＩＸＡ法で測定したフィルム表層の結晶化ピーク強度であり、Ｉｔは、フィルムの表面からフィルム全厚みの３０〜７０％を取り除いた上で、ＧＩＸＡ法で測定したフィルム内部の結晶化ピーク強度である。【選択図】図１
