Zusammenfassung:To accurately measure an iron loss of a sample using a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) inverter and a single sheet tester.SOLUTION: The maximum value of a magnetic field strength of a sample S is measured by applying an excitation voltage of the same time waveform as the time waveform of a target excitation voltage in a PWM inverter 303 to an excitation coil 110, and a magnetic field intensity range is leaded out from the maximum value of the magnetic field strength of the sample S. After that, the iron loss of the sample S is measured by applying an excitation voltage to the excitation coil 110 without changing a contact state between the sample S and yokes Y1, Y2, wherein the excitation voltage is generated by performing PWM modulation using the time waveform of the target excitation voltage by the PWM inverter 303. At this time, amplitude of the excitation voltage is adjusted in such a manner that the maximum value of the magnetic field strength of the sample S falls within the magnetic field strength range, and the iron loss of the sample S is measured while the maximum value of the magnetic field strength of the sample falls within the magnetic field strength range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 PWMインバータおよび単板試験器を用いて試料の鉄損を正確に測定する。【解決手段】 PWMインバータ303における目標励磁電圧の時間波形と同じ時間波形の励磁電圧を励磁コイル110に印加することにより、試料Sの磁界強度の最大値を測定し、試料Sの磁界強度の最大値から磁界強度範囲を導出する。その後、試料SとヨークY1、Y2との接触状態を変えずに、PWMインバータ303により前記目標励磁電圧の時間波形を用いてPWM変調を行うことにより生成された励磁電圧を励磁コイル110に印加して試料Sの鉄損を測定する。この際、試料Sの磁界強度の最大値が磁界強度範囲に入るように励磁電圧の振幅を調整し、試料Sの磁界強度の最大値が磁界強度範囲に入る状態で試料Sの鉄損を測定する。【選択図】 図3
