Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vibration control sheet etc. which enables improvement of vibration control effect and can inhibit occurrence of detachment.SOLUTION: A vibration control sheet of the invention includes a restraint plate and a vibration control material provided at the restraint plate and is installed so that the restraint plate faces a vibration control object through the vibration control material. The restraint plate has a center part and corner parts located at corners of the center part.
