Zusammenfassung: | To provide a blisk manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a highly accurate blisk while restricting deformation of a blade caused by a linear frictional connection.SOLUTION: At the time of connection, a blade is reciprocated by a first jig for holding one end of a block-like held part in its length direction integrally formed at a blade and a second jig for holding the other end. The first jig has a first base part contacted with one end surface of a held part and a first extending part extended at one surface side of the blade and abutted against an abutment surface of the held part. The second jig comprises a second base part contacted with the other end surface of the held part and a second extending part extended at the other surface side of the blade and abutted against the abutment surface. A jig releasing width as a space between an abutment position between the held part and the first extended part that is mostly near the second jig and an abutment position between the held part and the second extending part that is mostly near the first jig and the connection length along a blade shape at the blade connection surface satisfy (jig open rate)=(jig releasing width)/(connection length) of 20% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】線形摩擦接合によるブレードの変形を抑制して、高精度なブリスクを製作することのできるブリスクの製作方法を提供する。【解決手段】接合時には、ブレードに一体的に形成されたブロック状の被保持部の長さ方向の一端を保持する第1治具、及び、他端を保持する第2治具によってブレードを往復動させる。第1治具は、被保持部の一端面と接触する第1基部と、ブレードの一面側で延設され、かつ、被保持部の当接面と当接する第1延出部とを備えている。第2治具は、被保持部の他端面と接触する第2基部と、ブレードの他面側で延設され、かつ、当接面と当接する第2延出部とを備えている。被保持部と第1延出部との最も第2治具寄りの当接位置と、被保持部と第2延出部との最も第1治具寄りの当接位置との間隔を治具開放幅とし、ブレードの接合面の翼形状に沿った接合部長さとすると(治具開放率)=(治具開放幅)/(接合部長さ)が20%以下である。【選択図】図4 |
