Zusammenfassung:To form a conductor circuit pattern on a plurality of resin moldings simultaneously or continuously, and also form a conductor circuit pattern on the surface of a through hole or the like.SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional resin molded circuit component A according to the present invention, a hydrophilic region 4 of a pattern corresponding to a target conductor circuit pattern 3 is formed on a resin molded body 1 which is a base material. Therefore, a conductive base layer 5 made of metal particles can be formed in the hydrophilic region 4 only by bringing the resin molded body 1 into contact with metal particle dispersion containing metal particles acting as a catalyst nucleus. The conductor circuit pattern constituted by the conductive base layer 5 and a metal plating layer 6 formed thereon can be formed without performing special processing such as laser processing, masking processing, etching processing as in the prior art.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】導体回路パターンの形成を複数個の樹脂成形体に同時に又は連続して行うことができ、スルーホール等の表面にも導体回路パターンを形成する。【解決手段】本発明の3次元樹脂成形回路部品Aは、基材である樹脂成形体1に、目的とする導体回路パターン3に対応するパターンの親水性領域4が形成されている。そのため、樹脂成形体1を、触媒核として作用する金属粒子を含む金属粒子分散液と接触させるだけで、親水性領域4に金属粒子からなる導電性下地層5を形成することができる。導電性下地層5とその上に形成される金属めっき層6からなる導体回路パターンは、従来のように、レーザー加工、マスキング処理、エッチング処理など特別の処理を行うことなく形成することができる。【選択図】図2
