Zusammenfassung:	To provide a grid panel which can be fixed between front and back surfaces using magnetic force, and can adjust the position of magnetic force generation for the mutual magnetic connection between the front and back surfaces firmly and uniformly.SOLUTION: A grid-like member K is configured such that in its hollow space 25 block members 40 are detachably arranged in a fixing manner along the longitudinal direction.
