Zusammenfassung:To provide an injection molder capable of stably securing a desired quality of a completed molded article by controlling a state of an injection material before injection to a cavity.SOLUTION: An injection molder 1 of this invention comprises: a cylindrical heating cylinder 20 including a nozzle 22; a screw 30 in which a hole 31 is formed; a heater 40 provided in a heating area HAr in an axial direction and heating a molten molding material PT that is supplied; a sensor 60 disposed in the screw 30, detecting an indicator indicating a state of the molten molding material PT located in the heating area HAr, and outputting an output signal of the indicator; a control unit 80 disposed in a non-heating area NHAr and executing predetermined processing to the output signal S1 of the first sensor 60; and a connection wire 90 provided in the hole 31 of the screw 30 and electrically connecting the first sensor 60 and the control unit 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】キャビティに射出する前の成形材料の状態を制御することで、完成した射出成形品に対して所望の品質が安定して得られる射出成形機を提供する。【解決手段】射出成形機1は、ノズル22を備えた筒状の加熱シリンダ20と、内部に孔31が形成されるスクリュ30と、軸線方向における加熱領域HArに設けられ、供給された溶融成形材料PTを加熱するヒータ40と、スクリュ30に配置され、加熱領域HArに位置する溶融成形材料PTの状態を示す指標を検出し指標の出力信号を出力するセンサ60と、非加熱領域NHArに配置され、第一センサ60の出力信号S1に対して、所定処理を実行する制御ユニット80と、スクリュ30の孔31に設けられ、第一センサ60と制御ユニット80とを電気的に接続する接続線90と、を備える。【選択図】図3
