Zusammenfassung:	To provide a medical adhesive that hardly causes rash and can form an adhesive layer easily peelable without damaging the skin, while being sufficiently in close contact with the skin, and to provide a method for producing the same as well as a medical adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: Provided is a medical adhesive containing an acrylic adhesive particle having a glass transition temperature of -20°C or less and a keratin protecting component having an average dispersion particle diameter of 1 to 50 μm and in which the acrylic adhesive particle is a copolymer of a (meth)acrylic acid ester and a monomer mixture containing a carboxyl group-containing monomer, and the keratin protecting component is one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbons having a melting point of 60°C or less, water-insoluble fatty acid esters, and glycerin esters.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、皮膚に十分密着しながら、かぶれが生じ難く、皮膚を傷めず容易に剥離可能な粘着層を形成できる医療用粘着剤、およびその製造方法、ならびに医療用粘着シートの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】ガラス転移温度−２０℃以下のアクリル系粘着粒子、および平均分散粒子径が１〜５０μｍの角質保護成分を含み、前記アクリル系粘着粒子が（メタ）アクリル酸エステル、およびカルボキシル基含有モノマーを含むモノマー混合物の共重合体であり、前記角質保護成分が融点６０℃以下の炭化水素、非水溶性脂肪酸エステル、およびグリセリンエステルからなる群より選択される１種以上である、医療用粘着剤。【選択図】なし
