Zusammenfassung: | To suppress an overload on motors which drive front or rear wheels, and stabilize a behavior of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular control device comprises a first motor control part 110 capable of switching a mode between a first mode for operating a motor 20 with a maximum rating torque which can be generated by the motor 20 for generating drive force on front wheels of a vehicle 500, as an upper limit, and a second mode for operating the motor 20 with a continuous rating torque lower than the maximum rating torque as the upper limit; and a second motor control part 120 capable of switching a mode between a first mode for operating the motor 22 with a maximum rating torque which can be generated by a motor 22 generating drive force on rear wheels as an upper limit, and a second mode for operating the motor 22 with a continuous rating torque lower than the maximum rating torque as the upper limit. When operation of any one of the motors 20, 22 is switched from the first mode to the second mode, the operation of the other of the motors 20, 22 is also switched from the first mode to the second mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
