HEAT TRANSFER DEVICE

To provide a heat transfer device capable of dealing with various pipeline layout flexibly.SOLUTION: A heat transfer device 1 includes a heating medium circulation body 2 having a flat tube 17, and an inlet member 3 for supplying the heating medium in the flat tube 17 of the heating medium circulation body 2. The flat tube 17 has a pair of flat walls 21, 22 facing in the thickness direction, and multiple passages 16 formed in parallel in the width direction of the flat tube. By some of all passages 16 of the flat tube 17, a passage group 19 consisting of the multiple passages 16 arranged continuously in the width direction of the flat tube 17 is provided. At the intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of any one flat wall 21 of the flat tube 17, an inflow entrance 23 for making the all passages 16 of the passage group 19 communicate with the outside is formed.
