Zusammenfassung:To provide a process for producing a balance wheel using a novel material, with which the production is simplified and made accurate.SOLUTION: A process for producing a metal alloy balance wheel (1), the process includes the following steps of: (a) making a mold in the negative shape of the balance wheel (1); (b) getting hold of a metal alloy that has a thermal expansion coefficient of less than 25 ppm/°C, and is able to be in an at least partly amorphous state when it is heated to a temperature between its glass transition temperature and its crystallization temperature; (c) putting the metal alloy into the mold, the metal alloy being heated to a temperature between its glass transition temperature and its crystallization temperature so as to be hot-molded and to form the balance wheel; (d) cooling the metal alloy (a cooling step) to obtain the balance wheel (1) made of the metal alloy; and (e) releasing the balance wheel (1) obtained in the cooling step (d) from its mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 製造を単純かつ正確にする新規な材料を用いるバランス車の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、金属合金製のバランス車(1)を製造する方法に関し、(a)バランス車(1)のネガ形状の型を作るステップと、(b)25ppm/℃よりも小さい熱膨脹係数を有し、ガラス転移温度と結晶化温度の間の温度に加熱されたときに少なくとも部分的にアモルファスの状態であることができる金属合金を用意するステップと、(c)熱間成型されてバランス車を形成するように、ガラス転移温度と結晶化温度の間の温度に加熱された金属合金を型に入れるステップと、(d)金属合金で作られたバランス車(1)を得るように金属合金を冷却する冷却ステップと、(e)冷却ステップ(d)において得られたバランス車(1)をその型から分離する分離ステップとを有する。【選択図】 図1
