Zusammenfassung:To suppress an excessive load from acting on a cable due to the rotation of a rotary member.SOLUTION: A Z slider 16 comprises: a rotary shaft 54 capable of rotating one turn or more around a prescribed revolving shaft while holding a measuring head 22 to which a plurality of cables 28a, 28b are connected; a θ axis drive motor for rotating the rotary shaft 54 normally in a clockwise direction C2 and rotating it reversely in a counterclockwise direction C1; and an oscillatory link 62 which, when the rotary shaft 54 rotates normally in the clockwise direction C2, oscillates while in contact with the rotary shaft 54 and limiting a normal rotation greater than or equal to a prescribed angle in the clockwise direction C2 and, when the rotary shaft 54 rotates reversely in the counterclockwise direction C1, oscillates while in contact with the rotary shaft 54 and limiting a reverse rotation greater than or equal to a prescribed angle in the counterclockwise direction C1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】回転部材の回転に起因してケーブルに過大な負荷が作用することを抑制する。【解決手段】Zスライダ16は、複数のケーブル28a、28bが接続された測定ヘッド22を支持した状態で、所定の回転軸を中心に1周以上回転可能な回転シャフト54と、回転シャフト54を時計方向C2へ正転させると共に、反時計方向C1へ逆転させるθ軸駆動モータと、回転シャフト54が時計方向C2へ正転する際に回転シャフト54に接触した状態で揺動して時計方向C2への所定角度以上の正転を制限し、回転シャフト54が反時計方向C1へ逆転する際に回転シャフト54に接触した状態で揺動して反時計方向C1への所定角度以上の逆転を制限する揺動リンク62と、を備える。【選択図】図6
