PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD-TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING GAS-LIQUID SEPARATING STRUCTURE AND GAS-LIQUID SEPARATING DEVICE

To provide a printed circuit board-type heat exchanger having a structure capable of performing gas-liquid separation and a gas-liquid separating device.SOLUTION: A printed circuit board-type heat exchanger comprises: a vaporizer including a structure having a plurality of A-channel plates and B-channel plates stacked in one direction, in which plates A-fluid channels and B-fluid channels are formed in directions crossing each other such that the A-fluid passing through the A-fluid channels is heat-exchanged and then vaporized to flow into a gas-liquid separating part; the gas separating part which is mounted between the vaporizer and a super heater, and on one side of which is formed a gas outlet to deliver, to the super heater, a gas vaporized in the A-fluid that is delivered through the vaporizer and on the other side of which is formed a liquid outlet to exhaust, to the outside, a liquid remaining unvaporized in the A-fluid that is delivered through the vaporizer; and the super heater which includes the structure having the plurality of A-channel plates and B-channel plates stacked in one direction, and on one side of which is formed a gas exhaust outlet through which the gas delivered from the gas-liquid separating part and then heat-exchanged and heated during passage through the A-fluid channels is exhausted to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】 気液分離機能をともに行える構造の印刷基板型熱交換器および気液分離器を提供する。【解決手段】 互いに交差する方向に形成されたＡ流体流路とＢ流体流路が形成された複数のＡチャンネルプレートとＢチャンネルプレートが一方向に積層された構造を含み、Ａ流体流路を通過したＡ流体が熱交換された後、気化して気液分離部に流動する気化器と、気化器と過熱器との間に装着され、気化器を通して伝達されたＡ流体中の気化した気体を過熱器に伝達する気体出口が一方に形成され、気化器を通して伝達されたＡ流体中の気化しなかった液体を外部に排出する液体出口が他方に形成された気液分離部と、複数のＡチャンネルプレートとＢチャンネルプレートが一方向に積層された構造を含み、気液分離部から伝達された気体がＡ流体流路を通過し熱交換されて過熱した後、外部に排出される気体排出口が一方に形成された過熱器と、を含む印刷基板型熱交換器を提供する。【選択図】 図４
