DRIVING DEVICE

To provide a driving device which enables improvement of cooling performance of a motor by using oil.SOLUTION: Each of driving units 6A, 6B of a driving device 4 includes: a motor 8 which rotates front wheels 5A, 5B; a counter gear 9 which rotates in response to rotation of an output shaft 16 of the motor 8; a counter gear 10 which engages with the counter gear 9; a planetary gear mechanism 11 which transmits rotation of the counter gear 10 to the front wheels 5A, 5B; and a housing 12 which houses the motor 8, the counter gears 9, 10, and the planetary gear mechanism 11 and in which oil for lubricating the counter gears 9, 10 and the planetary gear mechanism 11 is accumulated. An oil passage 33 in which the oil scraped by the counter gears 9, 10 is provided between the counter gears 9, 10 in the housing 12.
