Zusammenfassung: | To provide a construction method of an underground structure capable of reducing the thickness of a member, applicable to an open-cut portion and a non-open-cut portion, and capable of shortening the construction period substantially.SOLUTION: On the ground leveling concrete 1, a plurality of segments 9 having an arch shape are circumferentially connected via a water blocking member, and a prestress is applied in the circumferential direction to a ring-shaped structure 19 to assemble on the ground. Then, the ring-shaped structure 19 is raised by using a crane 35 and suspended at a predetermined position of an open-cut portion 41 excavated in the ground. Next, the ring-shaped structure 19 is temporarily fixed to the existing ring-shaped structure 19 by applying a prestress smaller than the design load in the longitudinal direction, and the temporarily fixed ring-shaped structure 19 and the existing ring-shaped structure 19 are moved in the longitudinal direction by using a horizontal jack 47. After these steps are repeated, prestress according to the design load is applied in the longitudinal direction to the predetermined number of temporarily fixed ring-shaped structures 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】部材の厚みを薄くすることが可能で、開削部にも非開削部にも適用でき、大幅な工期短縮が可能な地下構造物の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】地上の均しコンクリート1上で、アーチ形状を有する複数のセグメント9同士を止水部材を介して周方向に連結し、周方向にプレストレスを付与してリング状構造体19を地組する。そして、クレーン35を用いてリング状構造体19を立て起こし、地盤に掘削された開削部41の所定の位置に吊り降ろす。次に、長手方向に設計荷重より小さなプレストレスを付与してリング状構造体19を既設のリング状構造体19に仮固定し、仮固定したリング状構造体19および既設のリング状構造体19を水平ジャッキ47を用いて長手方向に移動させる。これらの工程を繰り返した後、仮固定された所定数のリング状構造体19に、長手方向に設計荷重通りのプレストレスを付与する。【選択図】図6 |
