Zusammenfassung:To provide a pallet which is lightweight, has a strength enough to mount a heavy article and surface durability, and also enables classification of a reinforcement material.SOLUTION: A pallet 1 includes a pallet body 2 which is made of a foam resin and has a plate shape, and a reinforcement material 5 reinforcing an upper surface 21 of the pallet body 2. The pallet further includes a resin sheet 4 vacuum integrally molded with a whole surface of the pallet 1. The pallet body 2 and the reinforcement material 5 are covered with the resin sheet 4 to bring them into close contact with each other. Due to the structure, the pallet body 2 is lightweight because of being formed of a foam resin, and the resin sheet 4 is vacuum integrally molded with the pallet body to obtain surface durability. The reinforcement material 5 is provided on an upper surface of the pallet body 2 to increase a strength in a portion where a load is placed, the reinforcement material 5 is held by the resin sheet 4, and accordingly is not easily removed, on the other hand, for example, even when the resin sheet 4 is broken, the reinforcement material can be removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】パレットにおいて、軽量で且つ重量物を載せられる充分な強度と表面耐久性を有し、しかも補強材の分別できるものとする。【解決手段】パレット1は、発泡樹脂製の板状のパレット本体2と、パレット本体2の上面21を補強する補強材5と、を備える。また、パレット1の全面に真空一体成型された樹脂シート4を更に備え、パレット本体2及び補強材5は、樹脂シート4で覆われることにより互いに密着保持される。この構成によれば、パレット本体2が発泡樹脂製なので、軽量であり、また、樹脂シート4が真空一体成形されているので、表面耐久性を得ることができる。また、パレット本体2の上面に補強材5が設けられたことで、荷物が置かれる部分の強度が上がり、補強材5は樹脂シート4により保持されているので、容易には外れない一方で、例えば、樹脂シート4を破れば取り外すこともできる。【選択図】図1
