Zusammenfassung:To provide a pallet which is lightweight, has a strength enough to mount a heavy article and surface durability, and has a small restriction of a shape capable of being manufactured.SOLUTION: A pallet 1 includes a pallet body 2 which is made of a foam resin and has a plate shape, and a plurality of beam bodies 3 provided on a lower surface of the pallet body 2. The pallet further includes a resin sheet 4 vacuum integrally molded with a whole surface of the pallet 1. The pallet body 2 and the beam body 3 are molded as separate bodies, and are covered with the resin sheet 4 to bring them into close contact with each other. Due to the structure, the pallet body 2 is lightweight because of being formed of a foam resin, and the resin sheet 4 is vacuum integrally molded with the pallet body to obtain surface durability. The beam body 3 is a body separated from the pallet body 2, and accordingly the plurality of beam bodies 3 are appropriately adopted while sharing the pallet body 2 to reduce a restriction of a shape of the pallet 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】パレットにおいて、軽量で且つ重量物を載せられる充分な強度と表面耐久性を有し、しかも製造できる形状等の制約を少なくする。【解決手段】パレット1は、発泡樹脂製の板状のパレット本体2と、パレット本体2の下面に設けられる複数の桁体3と、を備える。また、パレット1の全面に真空一体成形された樹脂シート4を更に備える。パレット本体2及び桁体3は、夫々別体として成型され、樹脂シート4で覆われることにより互いに密着保持される。この構成によれば、パレット本体2が発泡樹脂製なので、軽量であり、また、樹脂シート4が真空一体成形されているので、表面耐久性を得ることができる。また、桁体3がパレット本体2とは別体なので、パレット本体2を共有しつつ、複数種の桁体3を適宜に採用することで、パレット1の形状等の制約を少なくすることができる。【選択図】図1
