Zusammenfassung: | To provide a water-repellent transparent film having excellent water repellency and transparency and showing no decrease in the water repellency by film peeling, a production method of a water-repellent transparent film by which the water-repellent transparent film can be easily and efficiently produced, and a display and an optical adjustment film which are protected from water drops or the like and have excellent visibility.SOLUTION: The water-repellent transparent film in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is a water-repellent transparent film having at least a partial region of the surface thereof subjected to a water-repellency imparting treatment. A surface layer portion of the region subjected to the water-repellency imparting treatment contains carbon, fluorine and oxygen. In a distribution curve of the fluorine atom content in a depth direction of the surface layer portion measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the fluorine atom content shows the maximum at the surface and gradually decreases with the depth. Another embodiment of the present invention provides a display having the water-repellent transparent film. Still another embodiment of the present invention provides an optical adjustment film using the water-repellent transparent film as an outer layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】優れた撥水性及び透明性を有し、かつ膜剥がれによる撥水性低下のない撥水性透明フィルム、簡易かつ効率的に当該撥水性透明フィルムを生産することができる撥水性透明フィルムの製造方法、及び水滴等から保護されると共に視認性に優れるディスプレイ及び光学調整フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る撥水性透明フィルムは、表面のうち少なくとも一部の領域に撥水処理が施された撥水性透明フィルムであって、上記撥水処理領域の表層部が炭素、フッ素及び酸素を含み、X線光電子分光法で計測した上記表層部の深さ方向のフッ素原子含有量の分布曲線で、上記フッ素原子含有量が上記表面で最大値を示し、上記深さの増加と共に漸減することを特徴とする。本発明の別の一態様は、上記撥水性透明フィルムを備えるディスプレイである。本発明のさらに別の一態様は、外層に上記撥水性透明フィルムを用いた光学調整フィルムである。【選択図】なし |
