Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for manufacturing a composite member capable of satisfactorily exhibiting a reinforcing effect by a fiber reinforced resin material upon a metallic component obtained by bending-processing a cylindrical member.SOLUTION: First, a metal component 2 is fabricated by bending-processing a metal-made cylindrical member 2A having a planar outer wall 21 extending along the longitudinal direction so that the outer wall 21 is applied with a compression stress. Next, a planar metal plate 3 is prepared. Next, a fiber reinforced resin material 5 generated by impregnating a fiber substrate 5b, containing a reinforcing fiber 5a oriented in one direction, with an uncured thermosetting resin is adhered onto a surface of the prepared metal plate 3, the thermosetting resin is thermally hardened, to fabricate a reinforcing material 6. Next, the metal plate 3 of the reinforcing material 6 is joined onto the surface of the outer wall 21 of the metal component 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】筒状部材を曲げ加工して得られた金属部品に対して、繊維強化樹脂材による補強効果を充分発揮することができる複合部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】まず、長手方向に沿って平板状の外壁部21が延在した金属製の筒状部材2Aを、外壁部21に圧縮応力が作用するように曲げ加工することにより、金属部品2を作製する。次に、平板状の金属板3を準備する。次に、準備した金属板3の表面に、一方向に配向した強化繊維5aを含む繊維基材5bに未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂を含浸した繊維強化樹脂材5を貼着し、熱硬化性樹脂を熱硬化させて、補強材6を作製する。次に、金属部品2の外壁部21の表面に、補強材6の金属板3を接合する。【選択図】図1 |
