PURIFICATION METHOD OF VIRUS-LIKE PARTICLES

To provide novel purification means of virus-like particles of norovirus.SOLUTION: A liquid solution including virus-like particles of norovirus is brought into contact with a hydroxyapatite chromatography carrier for making the virus-like particles couple with the carrier, then, the carrier is washed with a buffer, then the virus-like particles are made to elute from the carrier with a buffer including phosphate, for purifying the virus-like particles. In the buffer used for elution, phosphate density is less than 10 mM, and pH of the buffer used for elution is 7.0-8.0, in the purification method of virus-like particles of norovirus.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ノロウイルスのウイルス様粒子の新規な精製手段の提供。【解決手段】ノロウイルスのウイルス様粒子を含む溶液を、ハイドロキシアパタイトクロマトグラフィー用担体と接触させ、前記ウイルス様粒子を前記担体に結合させ、その後、バッファで前記担体を洗浄し、次いで、リン酸塩を含むバッファで前記担体から前記ウイルス様粒子を溶出させることにより、前記ウイルス様粒子を精製する方法であって、前記溶出に用いたバッファのリン酸塩濃度が１０ｍＭ未満であり、かつ前記溶出に用いたバッファのｐＨが７．０〜８．０であることを特徴とするノロウイルスのウイルス様粒子の精製方法。【選択図】なし
