Zusammenfassung:To provide a thick film shape inorganic zinc-rich coating composition capable of preventing foaming when a multilayered coated film is formed by further coating other coating on the resulting coated film regardless of presence/absence of a sealing treatment process.SOLUTION: There is provided a thick film shape inorganic zinc-rich coating composition forming a rust preventive coating film on a steel substrate, containing a zinc powder (A), an alkyl silicate compound (B), a solvent (C), and an organoboron compound (D), in which the solvent (C) contains a monohydric alcohol-based solvent having no substituent other than a hydroxyl group (c-1), and a monohydric alcohol-based solvent having a substituent with higher electron attractive property than that of a hydrogen atom in addition to the hydroxyl group (c-2), and a mass ratio of the solvent (c-1) and the solvent (c-2) is 87:13 to 50:50.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】封孔処理工程の有無にかかわらず、得られた塗膜の上にさらに別の塗料を塗布して複層塗膜を形成した際に発泡を防止することができる厚膜形無機ジンクリッチ塗料組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】鋼基材上に防錆塗膜を形成する厚膜形無機ジンクリッチ塗料組成物であって、亜鉛末(A)と、アルキルシリケート化合物(B)と、溶媒(C)と、有機ホウ素化合物(D)と、を含み、溶媒(C)は、水酸基以外の置換基を有さない一価アルコール系の溶剤(c−1)と、水酸基に加えて水素原子よりも電子求引性の高い置換基を有する一価アルコール系の溶剤(c−2)と、を含み、溶剤(c−1)と溶剤(c−2)の質量比が、87:13〜50:50である厚膜形無機ジンクリッチ塗料組成物である。【選択図】なし
