Zusammenfassung: | To provide a billet feeder which can reciprocate a billet loading part at a desired speed between a billet feed position and an extrusion center while suppressing output increase of driving means in an extrusion press device.SOLUTION: A billet feeder comprising: a base 11; a first frame 32A which is so supported on the base 11 as to be capable of freely advancing and retreating; a first motion conversion mechanism 34 which causes the first frame 32A to advance and retreat with respect to the base 11; a second frame 32B which comprises a billet loading part, and is so supported on the first frame 32A as to be capable of freely advancing and retreating; and a second motion conversion mechanism 36 which causes the second frame 32B to advance and retreat with respect to the first frame 32A. In the feeder, part of both motion conversion mechanisms including a ball screw mechanism is rotatably supported on a common support member 37 of the first frame 32A, and by driving means 38 for simultaneously rotationally driving said parts, the first frame 32A and the second frame 32B are simultaneously advanced and retreated to an extrusion center side with respect to the base 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】押出プレス装置において、ビレット載置部をビレット供給位置及び押出中心間で、駆動手段の出力増加を抑制しつつ、所望する速度でビレット載置部を往復移動させることができるビレット供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】基台11と、基台11に進退自在に支持される第1フレーム32Aと、基台11に対して第1フレーム32Aを進退させる第1運動変換機構34と、ビレット載置部を備え、第1フレーム32Aに進退自在に支持される第2フレーム32Bと、第1フレーム32Aに対して、第2フレーム32Bを進退させる第2運動変換機構36と、ボールねじ機構を含む両運動変換機構の一部が第1フレーム32Aの共通支持部材37に回転可能に支持され、同一部を同時に回転駆動させる駆動手段38により、基台11に対して、第1フレーム32A及び第2フレーム32Bを押出中心側へ同時に進退させるビレット供給装置によって達成される。【選択図】図5 |
