FILTER DUST COLLECTOR

To provide a filter dust collector capable of reducing the frequency of maintenance by removing dust in a filter before the occurrence of pressure loss and function deterioration after collecting fine sand and dust in an air duct.SOLUTION: In a filter dust collector comprising a cylindrical housing having an air duct at an internal space, a filter part purifying air flowing in the air duct at a purifying position, an energizing part energizing the filter part to a downstream side, a movable part moving the filter part to the downstream side, an anti-energizing part energizing the filter part to an upstream side against energization by the energizing part and a suppressing part suppressing the movement of the filter part, the filter part is provided with a filter collecting a purifying object and a support preventing the deformation of the filter, the anti-energizing part moves the filter part to an upstream side by a reaction against the cancellation of energization due to the energizing part and the support collides with the suppressing part, and the clogging of the filter is reduced by removing dust in the filter and the filter can be used for a long term.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】風路中の細かな砂やホコリといった粉塵を集塵し圧力損失や機能低下が発生する前にフィルタの除塵を行い、メンテナンス頻度を低減できるフィルタ除塵装置を提供する。【解決手段】筒形状を有し内部空間に送風路を備えた筐体と、送風路を流れる空気を浄化位置にて浄化するフィルタ部と、フィルタ部を下流側に付勢する付勢部と、フィルタ部を下流側に移動させる可動部と、付勢部による付勢に対してフィルタ部を上流側に付勢する反付勢部と、フィルタ部の移動を抑止する抑止部とを備える。フィルタ部は、浄化対象物を捕集するフィルタと、フィルタの変形を防ぐための支持体とを備える。反付勢部は、付勢部による付勢の解除に対して反作用によりフィルタ部を上流側に移動させて支持体を抑止部に衝突させて、フィルタの除塵を行なうことで、フィルタの詰まりを軽減し、フィルタを長期間使用可能とするフィルタ除塵装置を提供する。【選択図】図４
