SOLID CHEMICAL AGENT DISSOLUTION AND SUPPLY DEVICE AND SOLID CHEMICAL AGENT DISSOLUTION METHOD

To provide a solid chemical agent dissolution and supply device which can supply a chemical agent aqueous solution which is suppressed in a variation of chemical agent density, and stable in density by an easy operation, and a solid chemical agent dissolution method.SOLUTION: A solid chemical agent dissolution and supply device has: a chemical agent tank for accommodating a solid chemical agent; a dissolution water flow-in port for supplying dissolution water for dissolving the solid chemical agent into the chemical agent tank; and a chemical agent aqueous solution flow-out port for making a chemical agent aqueous solution which is obtained by dissolving the solid chemical agent flow out. The dissolution water flow-in port of the chemical agent tank and the chemical agent aqueous solution flow-out port are formed in the vicinity of a bottom part of the chemical agent tank, a union is connected to piping connected to the chemical agent aqueous solution flow-out port, and a height of a dissolution liquid level from the bottom part of the chemical agent tank of the dissolution water in the chemical agent tank can be adjusted by adjusting a vertical height from the bottom part of the chemical agent tank at the highest part of the union connecting piping which is connected to the other end of the union. There is also provided a solid chemical agent dissolution method for controlling the chemical agent density of the chemical agent aqueous solution by using the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡便な操作により固形薬剤溶解時に薬剤濃度の変動が少ない安定した濃度の薬剤水溶液を供給することができる固形薬剤溶解供給装置、及び固形薬剤溶解方法を提供する。【解決手段】固形薬剤を収容する薬剤槽と、該薬剤槽内に固形薬剤を溶解するための溶解用水を供給する溶解用水流入口及び固形薬剤を溶解した薬剤水溶液を流出させる薬剤水溶液流出口とを有する固形薬剤溶解供給装置において、該薬剤槽の溶解用水流入口及び該薬剤水溶液流出口がいずれも該薬剤槽の底部近辺に設けられ、該薬剤水溶液流出口と接続する配管にユニオンが接続され、該ユニオンの他端と接続されたユニオン接続配管の最高部の薬剤槽底部からの垂直高さを調節することにより、該薬剤槽内の溶解用水の薬剤槽の底部からの溶解液面高さが調節可能な固形薬剤溶解供給装置、及びその装置を用いて、薬剤水溶液の薬剤濃度を制御する固形薬剤溶解方法の構成とした。【選択図】図１
