SOLENOID TYPE ELECTROMAGNETIC HAMMER

To provide a solenoid type electromagnetic hammer which prevents dust from entering into an electromagnetic solenoid device.SOLUTION: A solenoid type electromagnetic hammer 1 comprises: an electromagnetic solenoid part 2; a movable plunger part including a hammer head part 14 in one end and an elastic member 13 returning the hammer head part to the other end, and having a magnetic property; and an adjustment part 4 having a non-return valve 17 adjusting an inner pressure changed in the electromagnetic solenoid part 2. The non-return valve 17 is a seat material attached to a penetration hole opened to the adjustment part 4, having flexibility, and of which a penetration hole is opened, and is structured so that an external air passes through the non-return valve 17 only when a prescribed pressure is applied to the adjustment part 4 and the seat material is bent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電磁ソレノイド装置内へ埃が侵入することを防止するソレノイド型電磁ハンマーを提供する。【解決手段】ソレノイド型電磁ハンマー１において、電磁ソレノイド部２と、一端にハンマーヘッド部１４を、他端に該ハンマーヘッド部を引き戻す弾性部材１３を具備した、磁性を有する可動プランジャー部と、電磁ソレノイド部２内で変化する内圧を調整する逆止弁１７を有する調整部４と、を備える。逆止弁１７は、調整部４に開けられた貫通孔に取り付けられ、可撓性を有し、通気孔が開けられたシート材であり、調整部４に所定の圧力が掛かり、シート材が撓んだ状態にならないと、外部の空気が該逆止弁１７を通過しないように構成される。【選択図】図１
