Zusammenfassung: | To provide a heat exchanger which can obtain improvement of support rigidity of a connector 7 securely by a reinforcement stay 8 without being influenced by dispersion of positions of the connector 7 bent like a L-character.SOLUTION: In a connector 7 like a L-character, an end portion is stopped to a top portion plate 4 of an oil cooler by a caulked joint, and an intermediate lateral portion 7a is supported as making a reinforcement stay 8 intervene. The reinforcement stay 8 has a base portion 15, a standing portion 16, and a connector support portion 17 which concaves like a circular arc, and bending lines 19, 20 among these three pieces extend along a longitudinal direction of the connector 7. The connector support portion 17 which locates like a virtual line L deforms by being pushed when stopping the connector 7 by the caulked joint in a free condition before mounting, and always comes in contact with a peripheral face of the connector 7 tightly as keeping parallelism. Secure brazing is obtained as being brazed in a tight contact condition like this.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】L字形に曲がったコネクタ7の位置のばらつきに影響されずに、補強ステー8によってコネクタ7の支持剛性の向上が確実に得られるようにする。【解決手段】L字形をなすコネクタ7は、オイルクーラの頂部プレート4に端部がかしめ止めされ、中間の横方向部7aが補強ステー8を介して支持される。補強ステー8は、基部15と、起立部16と、円弧形に凹んだコネクタ支持部17、とを有し、これら3片の間の折曲線19,20がコネクタ7の長手方向に沿って延びている。取付前の自由状態では仮想線Lのように位置するコネクタ支持部17が、コネクタ7のかしめ止めの際に押圧されて変形し、常にコネクタ7外周面に対し平行度を保ったまま密接する。このような密接状態でろう付けされるので、確実なろう付けが得られる。【選択図】図11 |
