The control device 130 detects an initial reaction force, which is a press reaction force, which is a load when the deflection amount δ is imparted to the belt 33, by an axial force sensor. The control device 130 calculates an aimed reaction force with respect to the initial reaction force, based on a calculation map stored in a memory in advance. The control device 130 changes a core-to-core distance between a drive pulley 31 and a driven pulley 32 so as to bring the press reaction force of the belt 33 close to the aimed reaction force, by moving a mounting part 62 by the control of an adjustment device 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ベルトの張力の測定時間を短くできるベルト張力調整装置およびベルト張力調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置130は、測定子114の先端をベルト33に押し当てることにより、所定のたわみ量δをベルト33に与える。制御装置130は、軸力センサにより、ベルト33にたわみ量δを与えたときの荷重である押圧反力である初期反力を検出する。制御装置130は、メモリに予め記憶されている演算マップに基づいて、初期反力に対する狙い反力を演算する。制御装置130は、調整装置120の制御を通じて取り付け部62を移動させることにより、ベルト33の押圧反力を狙い反力に近付けるように駆動プーリ31と従動プーリ32との間の芯間距離を変化させる。【選択図】図7 |
