The cured resin layer 5 contains a cured product 3 of a resin composition containing a polycarbonate-based resin obtained by reacting the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) a polycarbonate polyol having an alicyclic skeleton or a skeleton in which at least one carbon atom of an alicyclic skeleton is substituted with an oxygen atom, a nitrogen atom or a sulfur atom; (B) a polyisocyanate-based compound; and (C) a (meth)acryloyl group-containing polyol having at least one (meth)acryloyl group and two or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
