To provide a coating agent capable of forming a layer excellent in chemical resistance, and to provide a laminate excellent in chemical resistance and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A laminate 100 includes a substrate 2 and a cured resin layer 5 provided on the substrate 2.
