Zusammenfassung:To provide a resin composition which has a lower content of a metallic foreign matter even when a filler having a Mohs hardness of 4 or more is blended with a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of 260°C or higher, and the blended substance is melted and kneaded, a molded body of the same, and a method for producing them, and to also provide a molded body which uses the thermoplastic resin composition and is excellent in mechanical strength and dielectric breakdown resistance, a thin molded body or a member for electric automobile and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a method for producing a pellet assembly of a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of 260°C or higher and a filler having a Mohs hardness of 4 or more includes: a step of passing the pellet assembly through a magnet filter; and a step of passing the pellet assembly through a metal detection device; a molded body of the same; and a method for producing them. There are also provided: a molded body which is obtained by molding the pellet assembly and is excellent in dielectric breakdown resistance; a thin molded body or a member for electric automobile; and a method for producing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】 融点260℃以上の熱可塑性樹脂に、モース硬度4以上のフィラーを配合して溶融混練しても、金属異物の含有量がより低い、樹脂組成物およびその成形体並びにそれらの製造方法を提供すること。さらに、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を用い、機械強度に優れ、かつ、耐絶縁破壊性に優れた成形体、薄肉成形体または電気自動車用部材およびその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 融点260℃以上の熱可塑性樹脂と、モース硬度4以上のフィラーを含む樹脂組成物のペレット集合体の製造方法であって、ペレット集合体を、マグネットフィルターに通過させる工程、前記ペレット集合体を金属検出装置に通過させる工程を有するペレット集合体の製造方法、その成形体及びそれらの製造方法。また、当該ペレット集合体を成形してなる、耐絶縁破壊性に優れた成形体、薄肉成形体または電気自動車用部材およびその製造方法。【選択図】 図8
