Zusammenfassung: | To provide an ultrasonic sensor capable of reducing manufacturing costs and suppressing loss of appearance design of a part in which the ultrasonic sensor is installed.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic sensor includes: an ultrasonic transmitter 1; an ultrasonic receiver 2; and a detection part 3. The ultrasonic transmitter transmits pulsive ultrasonic waves so as to excite a thin plate 4. The ultrasonic receiver receives reflection waves radiated to the outside and returning to the thin plate after reflection by an object from among direct waves propagating only on the thin plate from among ultrasonic waves propagating the thin plate excited by pulsive ultrasonic waves, and ultrasonic waves propagating on the excited thin plate. The detection part 3 detects an object existing near the thin plate on the basis of time at which direct waves are received by the ultrasonic receiver and time at which reflection waves are received by the ultrasonic receiver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造コストを低減しつつ、超音波センサが設置される部位の外観デザインを損なうことを抑制可能な超音波センサを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の超音波センサは、超音波送信器1と、超音波受信器2と、検知部3と、を備える。超音波送信器は、パルス状の超音波を送信して薄板4を励振させる。超音波受信器は、パルス状の超音波により励振された薄板を伝搬する超音波のうち薄板のみを伝搬する直接波と、該励振された薄板を伝搬する超音波のうち、外部に放射されて物体で反射した後に薄板に戻ってくる反射波とを受信する。検知部3は、超音波受信器により直接波が受信された時間と、超音波受信器により反射波が受信された時間との差に基づいて、薄板の近傍に存在する物体を検知する。【選択図】図1 |
