Zusammenfassung:To provide a heat pipe capable of preventing occurrence of corrosion of a container by working fluid including water and gas occurrence such as hydrogen gas and the like even if a plastic deformation such as a bending work or the like is applied to the container or cooled substance having a high calorific power is thermally connected and having its weight light and provide a process of manufacture for the heat pipe.SOLUTION: Working fluid 14 includes water and at least an inner surface of a container base material 11 comprises: a first film 12 having at least one kind of metal selected from a group consisting of nickel, zinc, cobalt and chromium and/or alloy containing at least one kind of metal selected from a group consisting of nickel, zinc, cobalt and chromium; and a second film 13 formed on at least a part of the surface of the first film and having at least one kind of metal selected from a group consisting of copper, silver, gold, platinum, palladium and rhodium and/or alloy containing at least one kind of metal selected from a group consisting of copper, silver, gold, platinum, palladium and rhodium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】コンテナに曲げ加工等の塑性変形が施されたり、発熱量の大きい被冷却体が熱的に接続されても、水を含む作動流体によるコンテナの腐食と水素ガス等のガス発生を防止でき、さらに軽量化されたヒートパイプ、及びヒートパイプの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】作動流体14が、水を含み、コンテナ基材11の少なくとも内面に、ニッケル、亜鉛、コバルト及びクロムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の金属、及び/またはニッケル、亜鉛、コバルト及びクロムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の金属を含む合金を有する第1の皮膜12と、該第1の皮膜の表面の少なくとも一部に形成された、銅、銀、金、白金、パラジウム及びロジウムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の金属、及び/または銅、銀、金、白金、パラジウム及びロジウムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の金属を含む合金を有する第2の皮膜13と、を備える。【選択図】図1
