Zusammenfassung:To provide a controller of an internal combustion engine capable of excellently reducing a generation amount of particulate substance in exhaust, by ignition timing retardation control depending on an operation state of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A controller of an internal combustion engine is configured to, according to a first invention, make a soot reduction request retardation amount IGCR, which is a retardation amount for reducing a soot generation amount in exhaust, retarded from optimal ignition timing IGMBT depending on a detected operation state (for example, engine water temperature TW, charging ratio ETAC, engine speed NE) of an internal combustion engine. A controller of an internal combustion engine is configured to, according to a second invention, make ignition timing IGLOG retarded for reducing the soot generation amount in the exhaust depending on the operation of the internal combustion engine, in a natural suction operation state with the charging ratio ETAC of 100% or less, and a supercharging operation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】内燃機関の運転状態に応じた点火時期の遅角制御によって、排気中の粒子状物質の生成量を良好に低減することができる内燃機関の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1の発明による内燃機関の制御装置では、検出された内燃機関の運転状態(例えばエンジン水温TW、充填効率ETAC、エンジン回転数NE)に応じ、最適点火時期IGMBTから、排気中の煤生成量を低減するための遅角量である煤低減要求遅角量IGCRを遅角させる。第2の発明による内燃機関の制御装置では、充填効率ETACを100%以下とした自然吸気運転状態、及び過給運転状態において、内燃機関の運転状態に応じて、排気中の煤生成量を低減するために点火時期IGLOGを遅角させる。【選択図】図3
