Zusammenfassung:	To provide compositions for improving chronic inflammation.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a composition for ameliorating chronic inflammation comprising whey protein as an active ingredient is provided. The composition of the present invention can be ingested to a subject having a chronic inflammatory condition, i.e., a subject having a serum CRP concentration of 0.10 mg/dL or more. The composition of the invention can also be used as a composition for the use in prevention or amelioration of a disease or condition that can be prevented or ameliorated by ameliorating chronic inflammation.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】慢性炎症を改善するための組成物の提供。【解決手段】本発明によれば、ホエイタンパク質を有効成分として含んでなる、慢性炎症改善用組成物が提供される。本発明の組成物は、慢性炎症状態の対象、すなわち、血清CRP濃度が0.10mg/dL以上の対象に摂取させることができる。本発明の組成物は、慢性炎症の改善により予防または改善しうる疾患または症状の予防または改善に用いるための組成物としても用いることができる。【選択図】なし
