To provide a microneedle puncture device that enables a medical fluid to be infused in a state that the skin is punctured with a microneedle sufficiently.SOLUTION: A microneedle puncture device includes: an outer sleeve; an inner sleeve movably installed inside the outer sleeve, which is always energized in a protruding direction by a first elastic member; a microneedle unit having a microneedle array movably installed inside the inner sleeve with a microneedle at the tip, which is always energized in a protruding direction by a second elastic member; and lock means for normally holding the microneedle unit in an anti-protruding direction, releasing the holding of the microneedle unit when the inner sleeve is energized in an anti-protruding direction against the energizing force of the first elastic member, and allowing the protrusion and puncture by the second elastic member of the microneedle unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 マイクロニードルを皮内に十分に穿刺させた状態で薬液を注入することができるマイクロニードル穿刺装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 外側スリーブと、上記外側スリーブの内側に移動可能に内装され第１弾性部材により常時突出方向に付勢された内側スリーブと、上記内側スリーブの内側に移動可能に内装されているとともに先端にマイクロニードルを有するマイクロニードルアレイを備え、第２弾性部材により常時突出方向に付勢されたマイクロニードルユニット、常時は上記マイクロニードルユニットを反突出方向に保持していて、上記内側スリーブが上記第１弾性部材の付勢力に抗して反突出方向に付勢されることにより上記マイクロニードルユニットの保持を解除し、上記マイクロニードルユニットの上記第２弾性部材による突出・穿刺を許容するロック手段と、を具備したもの。【選択図】 図５
