Zusammenfassung:To enable a discharge tube to be effectively cooled with water in a nondestructive inspection by thermography.SOLUTION: Provided is a flaw detector comprising a heating device 3 equipped with a discharge tube 4 for heating the surface of a test object m by light emission and an image acquisition device 1 for making it possible to observe the movement of heat generated by heating inside the test object m, and designed to examine a defect of the test object m by observation, the heating device 3 including a trigger line 6 connected to a trigger electrode, the trigger line 6 performing a trigger discharge to induce a discharge of the discharge tube 4, wherein a cooling unit 8 causes a coolant to be moved on the outside of the discharge tube 4 and thereby cools the discharge tube 4 with water, and the trigger line 6 is arranged at a position where the water-cooling of the discharge tube 4 is not obstructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】サーモグラフィーによる非破壊検査において効果的に放電管の水冷を行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】発光により被検材mの表面を加熱する放電管4を備えた加熱装置3と、加熱によって生じる被検材m内部の熱の移動を観察可能とする画像取得装置1とを備え、前記観察にて被検材mの欠陥を調べるものであり、加熱装置3はトリガ電極に接続されたトリガ線6を備え、トリガ線6は放電管4の放電を誘発するトリガ放電を行う探傷装置において、冷却部8は、放電管4の外側にて冷却液を移動させることにより、放電管4を水冷し、トリガ線6は、放電管4に対し前記水冷を邪魔しない位置へ配置されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
