PILE REMOVAL METHOD

To provide a pile removal method that can easily pull out a pile.SOLUTION: After demolition of a basement 1 of an existing building, a pile head of a pile 11 is exposed by whittling a bottom slab 10. Then, a steel pipe 20 is connected to the pile head of the pile 11 and the basement 1 is buried again by filling backfilling soil 30. Subsequently an apex of the steel pipe 20 is dug out and exposed using a backhoe. A casing is inserted around the steel pipe 20 and the pile 11. The backfilling soil 30 and a foundation under the bottom slab 10 are bored while rotating the casing and edges around the pile 11 and the steel pipe 20 are cut. Then, the pile 11 and the steel pipe 20 are pulled out and removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】杭の引抜作業を容易に行うことのできる杭の撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】既存建物の地下部分１の解体を行った後、底版１０をはつって杭１１の杭頭を露出させる。次に、杭１１の杭頭に鋼管２０を継ぎ足し、地下部分１を埋戻土３０で埋め戻す。その後、バックホウで鋼管２０の頂部を掘り出して露出させ、鋼管２０と杭１１の周囲にケーシングを挿入し、ケーシングを回転させながら埋戻土３０や底版１０下の地盤を掘削して杭１１や鋼管２０の周囲の縁を切る。そして、杭１１と鋼管２０を引抜き、撤去する。【選択図】図２
