Zusammenfassung:	To provide a masterbatch for vinyl chloride where high-concentration hydrotalcite is blended with a vinyl chloride resin, which improve dispersibility in the hydrotalcite resin, and to provide a vinyl chloride resin composition blended with the masterbatch for vinyl chloride, which improves thermal stability and transparency.SOLUTION: A masterbatch for vinyl chloride having good dispersibility in a resin even when being blended with high concentration can be produced by synthesizing hydrotalcite having a small primary particle size and good dispersibility in water, and adding the hydrotalcite at an arbitrary period from start of polymerization after end of polymerization of the vinyl chloride resin in a form of a suspension without drying. The vinyl chloride resin composition using the masterbatch for vinyl chloride shows remarkably high thermal stability and transparency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】第１の課題は、塩化ビニル系樹脂に対して高濃度のハイドロタルサイトを配合させた塩ビ用マスターバッチにおいて、該ハイドロタルサイトの樹脂中での分散性を改善することである。第二の課題は、本発明の塩ビ用マスターバッチを配合した塩ビ樹脂組成物において、熱安定性および透明性を改善することである。【解決手段】１次粒子径が小さく、かつ水中での分散性が良いハイドロタルサイトを合成し、乾燥させず、懸濁液の状態で、塩化ビニル系樹脂の重合開始前から重合終了後の任意の時期に添加することで、高濃度に配合させても樹脂中での分散性の良い塩ビ用マスターバッチを作製できる。該塩ビ用マスターバッチを使用した塩ビ樹脂組成物は、熱安定性および透明性が顕著に高くなる。【選択図】図３
