Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for treatment of waste and the like including harmful organic halide and heavy metals, capable of inhibiting gas flue block.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for treatment of the object to be treated including organic halide and heavy metals using a blast furnace. The blast furnace 4 comprises a melting section 20, a furnace top space 24, a collection part 22 and a discharge part 28. The object to be treated includes at least lead and zinc, and the lead content of the object is 0.1 wt.% or more but 20 wt.% or less based on total weight of lead and zinc in the object. The treatment method includes: a process of melting at least a part of the object by the melting section 20; a process of decomposing the organic halide in the furnace top space 24; a process of collecting a powdery product including lead monoxide and zinc oxide discharged from the discharge part 28; and a process of collecting a melting material from the melting section 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】煙道閉塞を抑制することを可能とする、有害な有機ハロゲン化物および重金属を含有する廃棄物等の処理方法の提供。【解決手段】溶鉱炉を用いた有機ハロゲン化物および重金属を含有する処理対象物を含む被処理物の処理方法であって、溶鉱炉4は溶融部20、炉頂空間24、回収部22および排出部28を備え、被処理物は少なくとも鉛および亜鉛を含み、被処理物における鉛の含有量が、被処理物中の鉛と亜鉛の合計重量に対して、0.1重量%以上20重量%以下であり、溶融部20で被処理物の少なくとも一部を溶融する工程と、炉頂空間24で有機ハロゲン化物を分解する工程と、排出部28から排出された一酸化鉛および酸化亜鉛を含む粉状生成物を回収する工程と、溶融部20から溶融物を回収する工程とを含む。【選択図】図3
