To stably spray a liquid of a sufficient quantity.SOLUTION: An electrostatic atomizer 1 comprises: a liquid tank 10 for accommodating a liquid 2; an ejection plate 20 having plural openings 27 for ejecting the liquid 2; a counter electrode 30 which is so located as to face the plural openings 27; and a voltage application part 40 which applies a prescribed voltage between the liquid 2 and the counter electrode 30. The ejection plate 20 has an electrode support plate 21, and plural discharge electrodes 26 supported by the electrode support plate 21. Each of the plural discharge electrodes 26 projects from the electrode support plate 21 toward the counter electrode 30, and has an opening 27 at a tip thereof.
