To provide a processor and a processing method of concrete capable of reducing the volume of concrete easily without using a large quantity of agent.SOLUTION: A processor of concrete includes a molten salt immersion tank 12 storing molten salt 2 inside, for immersing concrete 1 into the molten salt 2, and melting the concrete 1 into the molten salt 2, washing equipment 13 for washing and removing residues 3 insoluble into the molten salt 2 by washing liquid 5, a storage container 16 for storing the concrete 1 inside, and a conveyance device 11 for conveying the storage container 16 to the molten salt immersion tank 12 and to the washing equipment 13 successively.
