To provide an authentication system which can improve authentication of a registrant through a cardiac potential.SOLUTION: An authentication system includes: a measuring device provided in a steering part for steering a moving body, having a pair of measurement side electrodes for measuring an electrical potential between both hands of an object person who grips the steering part, and outputting measured cardiac potential information as information related to the cardiac potential of the object person, extracted from the electrical potential measured by the pair of measurement side electrodes; and an authentication terminal mounted on the object person, and registering or renewing on the basis of the measured cardiac potential information, cardiac potential information related to the cardiac potential of the object person, and registered so as to authenticate the object person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】心電位による登録者の認証を向上できる認証システムを提供する。【解決手段】認証システムは、移動体を操舵する操舵部に設けられ、前記操舵部を把持する対象者の両手の間の電位を測定する一対の測定側電極を有し、前記一対の測定側電極が測定した電位から抽出した前記対象者の心電位に関する情報である測定心電位情報を出力する測定装置と、前記対象者に装着され、前記対象者を認証するために登録されている前記対象者の前記心電位に関する心電位情報を、前記測定心電位情報に基づいて登録または更新する認証端末と、を備える。【選択図】図５
