It is preferable that the vegetables with two or more roots should include two or more different items of vegetables. 【課題】従来の青果物混合品の、調理の容易さ、栄養価の調整が可能であること、視覚的な付加価値の高さ等の利点を損なわない一方で、長期間の鮮度の保持が可能である、青果物混合品を提供すること。【解決手段】2種以上の品種の異なる青果物を含む、2株以上の根を備える青果物について、2株以上の青果物が備える根を、1つの多孔質材料に内包させることにより、青果物混合品を構成する。2株以上の青果物は、2種以上の品目の異なる青果物を含むのが好ましい。また、2株以上の青果物が、2種以上の科の異なる青果物を含むのが好ましい。【選択図】図1 |
