Zusammenfassung: | To make it possible to perform improved soil mixing treatment in which an amount of auxiliary water discharged to a ground is accurately controlled, and to comprehend an accurate strength in a ground improvement.SOLUTION: There is provided an earth removing deep mixing treatment method including: a step of using an improved soil blending test method including a step of, in steps S1, S2, S3, performing a primary agitation of mixing sample soil of a specified amount with water of an amount of auxiliary water discharged toward the ground in penetration of a rotary rod having an agitation blade by an earth removing deep mixing treatment device and forming water content sample soil of the specified amount and a step of, in steps S4, S5, S6, forming improved soil sample by performing a secondary agitation of mixing the water content sample soil of the specified amount with a hardener and setting an amount of auxiliary water in the penetration of the rotary rod based on analysis results of the improved soil sample; and a step of discharging water of the set amount of the auxiliary water from a discharge port provided in the agitation blade toward the ground and making the rotary rod penetrate with controlling the amount of the auxiliary water at each excavation depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤に吐出する補助水量を精度よく管理した改良土混合処理を行うことができ、地盤改良における正確な強度を把握することができる。【解決手段】ステップS1、S2、S3において、規定量の試料土と、排土式深層混合処理機による撹拌翼を有する回転ロッドの貫入時に地盤に向けて吐出される補助水量の水とを混合させる一次撹拌を行い、規定量の含水比試料土を作成する工程と、ステップS4、S5、S6において、規定量の含水比試料土に硬化材を混合する二次撹拌を行うことで改良土供試体を作成する工程と、を有する改良土配合試験方法を使用し、改良土供試体の分析結果に基づいて回転ロッドの貫入時の補助水量を設定する工程と、撹拌翼に設けられる吐出口から設定された補助水量の水を地盤に向けて吐出し、補助水量を掘削深度毎に制御しながら貫入する工程と、を有する排土式深層混合処理工法を提供する。【選択図】図1 |
